Ivoclar Vivadent has divided its product portfolio into three major categories. This has been done with the aim of making it easier for dental professionals to find their way around the company’s product range. The categories have been created on the basis of the different treatment and working procedures in the dental office and laboratory.
With Gingiva Solution, dental technicians can now benefit from a new overarching system for the design of prosthetic gingival reconstructions in removable and fixed restorations.
Ivoclar Vivadent introduces the next generation of the Multilink Automix System for the adhesive cementation technique. The range has been broadened to include a white shade, try-in pastes and the product Air Block Liquid Strip. The formula of the luting composite has been further enhanced to allow excess material to be even more easily removed. The strength of this clinically proven universal cementation system lies in its ability to generate high bonding values that ensure the long-lasting adhesion of the restoration to the tooth structure.
OptraSculpt Pad is a new modelling instrument from Ivoclar Vivadent with foam pad attachments designed for the non-stick adaptation of composite materials. This instrument allows composite filling materials to be shaped without leaving unwanted marks. Smooth and even restoration surfaces can be achieved with ease. Reference scales on the instrument handle assist in the creation of the desired esthetic results.
The new fluoride varnish system Fluor Protector S from Ivoclar Vivadent offers professional protection of teeth against hypersensitivity, caries and erosion.
Bluephase Style is a compact high-performance LED curing light. Due to its ergonomic, well-balanced and lightweight design, hands and arms of practitioners are less strained. To make it even more attractive for men and women, Ivoclar Vivadent now offers the light with two new colour elements: blue and pink.
Today, Ivoclar Vivadent has announced that, effective 4 June 2012, Franz Berger has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Corporate Management of the Ivoclar Vivadent Group.
