    IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime 98.5-20mm

    This revolutionary material is characterized by exceptional quality and esthetics. It is produced using the Gradient Technology (GT), a new, unique manufacturing technique.

    The result: a sophisticated zirconium oxide that combines exceptional properties in one material.
    The seamless progression of shade and translucency within the discs ensures high-end esthetics and translucency comparable to lithium disilicate. Moreover, the precise shading of the material allows impressive restorative results to be achieved.

    Due to its flexural strength of 1200 MPa* and fracture toughness of > 5 MPa · m1/2** the product is suitable for any indication – from single crowns to 14-unit bridges.
    The discs accommodate all processing techniques, offering maximum flexibility. The new Speed sintering program*** sinters single crowns in 2h 26min.

    The product provides a “One-Disc Solution” which produces first-class results and optimizes the efficiency of dental laboratories.

    The discs are available in 16 A–D and 4 BL shades and thicknesses of 16 mm and 20 mm. They are compatible with all CAD/CAM systems with 98.5-mm diameter disc holders.
